Cancellation Policy

All pictures submitted must have a clear view of the pets eyes and face in order to have an accurately depicted portrait. A picture will be submitted when done. Touch ups will be done to satisfaction of the customer. Upon satisfaction payment will be sent and shipping if any is separate.
